Even though Symantec and Carbon Black are doing badly, Octane still loves us. No matter what, at the end of the day, RSU matters. The management doesn’t care about the business.

From over 1,000 A-list customers to a measly 40+? Pathetic! And now ESG is scrambling after mid-sized and small businesses? What’s next, a lemonade stand? Desperate much?

ESG is consistently not hitting revenue every quarter! Why Broadcom is still keeping ESG ???

Once the EDR integration with Carbon Black is complete, there will likely be significant layoffs in the ESG team.

ESG is dragging the company down, and I don’t understand why they haven’t ended this failed acquisition yet.

There are reports suggesting that Octane might be selling its ESG business to HCL, possibly due to a declining customer base and challenges with the aggregators' approach

It seems the ESG division is slowly moving its operations to India. Does anyone know why?

It seems ESG has conducted another round of layoffs. Please share if you or your team has been affected.

Does anyone know what the vesting cycle will be for any refresher RSU grants that get awarded March 25? Will there be any kind of wait or cliff at the start, or will they start vesting from June?
