Memphis mobility warehouse lease is up next year. They will close and reopen in new space. Reportedly management headcount reduction but no non management réduction. All managers were told to find new opportunities.

There is ongoing debate/ discussion among employees: some believe that if the merger is in fact blocked, it would mean less layoffs, others believe there would be more (to pay for the break up cost). What are your thoughts?
