McElfresh gives a conference call and loses 4% of market value. He probably got a big retention bonus for losing $7 billion in market capitalization. This stock will be below $20 by the end of January 2022.

In the long run it would be better, eliminate all debt now. Start fresh, WM merger would also be better for Discovery. I think it's inevitable, so why not now?
