Anyone who truly knows talent knows the company is losing talent. It does not mean at ALL that you get the best people (HR). You can manage through the difficult personalities you selected.

When are the adjusters affected getting cut off on claims? The adjusters staying don't want to be burden with unsettle claims. Affected adjusters will need time to clean up and close financials. Also when will ppl know what zone their going too??
