Have had multiple interviews with Liberty Mutual and asked about Shapiro. Got a laugh and "No Comment"
If he said that he really wasn’t wrong just might not have been the best time or place for pr reasons.
I didn’t hear him say that. The truth is the company has to evolve to stay competitive. These layoffs are part of a transition and they’re never easy. It’s easy and understandable for people to be upset and make these types of statements especially if they were among the affected. It’s tough it’s unfortunate but hopefully you’ll be able to find work elsewhere.
I didn’t tune in to that one but won’t believe he actually said that.

Sorry, but the BTE LDU ADJUSTERS were not impacted. The UNE were in a big way. Just saying.
As an LDU III adjuster “impacted” with 5-years of faithful service, and better-than-expected reviews three years running, this is exactly what I became - a financial liability.
Imagine coming to work each day (now) knowing, in the end, that’s how the company sees you: As a fat, bloated, excessive, repetitive, unnecessary salary that is a drag to the company bottom line - one they need to rid themselves of. Not a person. A financial liability.
Shameful and humiliating
