Since xbs is moving closer to xerox, when are we going to stop selling and servicing other manufacturers machines? Also, when are we going to stop allowing competitors to sell our xerox products at a lower cost?

What's your guess on how many employees the company will have before the end of the year? How about the overall headcount? And headcount at Norwalk?

Our consolidated cores just had several positions eliminated last Friday. From HR to service managers. So nobody is safe.

Saint John Xerox centers getting 5 more years. Kick off confirmed our jobs were safe because of a lease renewal (Not that that REALLY means much... but). But still no pay raise. Any other call center in Saint John pays more and does better.

Anybody notice all the Sales VP's leaving at XBS? Amazing that Ralph, Vega, and Mosley are still around. Mosley seems to be that of a cat with 9 lives. This will be the year: VP's, Production consolidation, and then Sales Managers. IN THAT ORDER.

About 2 weeks ago a few people in Lewisville here got rebadged - more to come too. We are exhausted, anxious... Do not work for HCL, you will not like it.
