How many people have gotten warnings to speed up work? Our teams are supposed to "open" 40 boxes per hour which makes no sense. It increases plugging and makes people lie about their numbers.

We had some cuts in Jan and Feb 2015 - very small - only some departments did eliminate positions this time and most of the folks who were let go were able to transfer.

50 folks let go, end of Jan 2015. Multiple departments and different levels, seems that they hit Corp folks in Bentonville every January.

Walmart made a very smart move by proposing to raise employee wages. But they haven't gone enough. Learn from Costco and maybe you'll get more loyal, effective, and happy workers.
