Hours cut

I half expected there to be more than their temporaries laid off after Christmas. I myself have had my hours cut five out of eight weeks from Mid June to Mid August.

Of course it could be that my hours have been cut because I'm now on corporate insurance and their driving my hours down so that during the next enrollment period I'm forced off corporate insurance. You have to keep a thirty hour or more a week average to stay on corporate insurance.

My number one complaint is not having enough hours, everything else is secondary

Also it's very hard to get merit raises -- if they even have anymore... Our managers are not trained well, many are really bad - they will low ball you on your starting salary and it'll not go up... That's why WMT has very high turnover...
