How can this be justified if the recent financials were "decent"? One can only hope the rumors are really just rumors circulating around this board. But I am curious what the impacts would be if things don't get transparently addressed.

What is the main intention or purpose of this? Is it to boost overall morale? Or just trying to make people productive and that is that?

I have heard rumors that we will soon be required to return to the office 3 days a week. Announcement will come at the end of the month during the next town hall.

Did anyone negotiate their severance package? If so was it successful and how did TU respond?

Emailed my severance agreement back, but no confirmation from TU. Did anyone receive any confirmation or just had to wait to get a deposit in their bank account? How long did it take to get the deposit after signing off?

For those who have already received severance, how was your COBRA handled? Did you recieve your share + company share or just company share or something else? Did it cover all your elections (health+eye+dental)? -thanks.
