Nearly every competitor of AT&T has the same. An anonymous survey is really the only way to get unfiltered feedback from employees. That being said, the survey for Q2 2019 asks some of the same lame brain questions as it usually does about whether you would recommend AT&T as a place to work and how likely you are to “recommend AT&T products & Sevices.
If you are a current employee and cannot answer a 9-10 on either/both of these, you are just plain stupid. AT&T pays well and the benefits are at least as good as any competitor (State/Fed Govt aside). Again, that being said, the pressure and fast paced nature of many jobs at AT&T really puts some folks in a downtrodden cycle that is hard to break. The pressure and unrealistic objectives in some departments is almost ridiculous to say the least. TG for lots of PTO allotment as it’s needed just to decompress most of the time
