So, its been many weeks after Brickhaus held his townhall telephone conference call. During the call, forget how it came about, Brickhaus mentioned that it was important to spend 50% of the time in the office.
So, we all have panicked and are trying to reach this 50% bogey :( It is a HUGE drain on productivity as team members are through out the day traveling to/from the office to avoid peak traffic hours.
What a total joke!
Hopefully Brickhaus will hear of this thread, and read how his comments have impacted the effectiveness of his workers.
In my case along with the case of most of my coworkers. We all travel to a distant office, that none of our coworkers work in, just to sit in this place. What is the point of traveling to an office that has no coworkers nor people from other departments that we would/could interact with?
Hopefully, this can be reexamined and a sensible policy can be articulated by the VP that started this CLUSTER F*!%k
