My co-worker investigated
I get 33 days of VAC a year. eLink shows I have 33 VAC available. I'm thinking great I'm getting paid for 33 days.
Not True.......................
If you depart AT&T in March you only get the prorated portion you have earned.
Those with
18 VAC days: Paid for 5 days
23 VAC days: Paid for 6 days
28 VAC days: Paid for 7 days
33 VAC days: Paid for 9 days
Obviously if this is assuming you didn't take any of your 2019 vac. If you did then I guess you subtract those from the numbers above.
