It's better to hire a fired CEO than a proven success. If not, we wouldn't have the unsuccessful Humanability campaign. Where'd that go? Check the toilet.

In the balance between customers, shareholders, employees and community, we should strive to keep our shareholders and investors first. They ARE the customer we aim to best serve above all.

A company that doesn't live or do what they say. Take away as much from you can from its employees what they can just like a bully. Highly profitable company who will continuously screw its employees to line their pockets. There was no need to take our pensions and retire benefits. You stole it from us to fund your retirement parachutes

We believe that developing the careers of diverse and foreign low-cost executives is more rewarding to the company than hiring any high-cost domestic leader despite any proven track record

We will identify successful companies and then transplant a single noteworthy feature into our own environment without thought to fit or function. "Amazon is a successful company, and they attribute their success to their people, so: we will transplant their open office layout throughout our own company!"

@voz — We will continue to reinvent the wheel and not learn the lessons from years of development, testing, and experience. We will sacrifice institutional knowledge for the sake of being “new & innovative”.

Cookie cutter ways, are at our core. If it was done this way before, we can continue to do it that way and not consider another path, period.
