It's better to hire a fired CEO than a proven success. If not, we wouldn't have the unsuccessful Humanability campaign. Where'd that go? Check the toilet.
Haters Gotta Hate.
In the balance between customers, shareholders, employees and community, we should strive to keep our shareholders and investors first. They ARE the customer we aim to best serve above all.
A company that doesn't live or do what they say. Take away as much from you can from its employees what they can just like a bully. Highly profitable company who will continuously screw its employees to line their pockets. There was no need to take our pensions and retire benefits. You stole it from us to fund your retirement parachutes

Our RIF was good for today.
Our RIF tomorrow will be better.

Tomorrow, we'll VSP better. (Actually maybe we'll deny it.)
We know bigness is not our strength greed is
Cookie cutter ways, are at our core. If it was done this way before, we can continue to do it that way and not consider another path, period.
Corporate greed is at the core of who we are.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
We will focus inward at artificial metrics, which we will game or outright fabricate results.
Our RIF was good for today
