More than 24 hours after lightning struck the AT&T building in Richardson, causing an internet and cable blackout across North Texas, some customers say they are still having problems.
“Please cover the fact that there are still hundreds if not many more without broadband,” one man said in an email to the Star-Telegram. “It’s been 30 hours.”
When asked why some customer’s haven’t yet had service restored, AT&T’s Charles Bassett said, “The facility is back online so customer’s equipment should be working.”
