FORCE ADJUST is definitely in order

Just 4 years ago my stores received 400 boxes a week. We had huge amounts of inventory on hand that took hours to count every month. We had 2 resets a months averaging 30 hours. We had CARS, paperwork, TONS of returns- restock fees were a lot less then. It took 2 SSRs 50 hours a week to survive.

Now we have MAYBE 25 boxes a week. A monkey could recieve them now- it’s so much easier. Resets are maybe 8 hours a month. The store is bare bone with merchandise, we counted the floor & finalized it in 45 minutes this month. That used to take up to 6 hours! No more CARS. One actual BRE 2 weeks in a row.

The entire job could be done in 20 hours or less a week, yet we still have 2 full-time SSRs. Someone within the T knows this has happened because it was by design.

The remaining 60 hours a week we have between us- we are just losing our minds. It’s actually amazing it has gotten to this point. I think a FORCE ADJUST is definitely in order.

EXCUSE ME??? JUST GIVE THE SSR A SMALL SALES QUOTA??? That is not in the job description therefore it NOT the same position. Not only will the UNION be ALL OVER that, it would be a HR NIGHTMARE and open AT&T to LITIGATION. HELL TO THE NO. My friend GOOGLE will be lining me up a lawyer as soon as that news hits.

Remember, AT&T finds jobs for everyone they layoff according to the company. So be sure to contact the media when that doesn't happen

Expose the many lies.
