Not my post, but I agree completely with everything stated and thought it belonged on the front page. OP is @Sc8Q8Vf-bqtt.
I'm a lead and now the tellers make 15 an hour while I've been with the company for years and now only make 89 cents more. How can he sleep at night especially when we are the ones handling risk way more than a banker. We are the ones that give those bankers customers to begin with. We handle all the money that comes into the branch but we are treated like crap when the bankers make out far better than us. Every single branch manager and service manager who has been in their position since the scandal broke got that position by gaming. Rumors are the service managers will give up their raises for the leads to make up for the fact that tellers were making 13 and got a 2 dollar raise while we got 51 cents. I am almost to the point where I'll step down to a teller so I'm only responsible for my cash and customer interactions. As a lead I am responsible for my transactions as well as the tellers. Sloan should be ashamed of himself. He says that we are the most important to the company yet when it comes to compensation we get paid like we are the least valuable asset. I'm waiting to find out if my branch will close and will take the severance and unemployment
