Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Surplus CCLA

I was surplus from my position as an Account Manager on the CC-LA , my last day was Dec 29,2017 , I was the only AM supporting a specific region , now there is NO AM managing over 200 Global customers in PR , there was NO action taking in consideration of how will all the Global customers be manage after Dec 2017. NOW , there is NO AM supporting these accounts in PR do to AT&T bureaucratic process , this is affecting customers and AT&T revenues .

What action can be taken if the surplus is affecting customers directly , and AT&T business? .

Yes I'm moving on!! , but will like to make a statement that the decision of who ever DID , to eliminate the position , did not consider the impact that this has bought to the organization , It is critical !! NOW no one from Global is taking responsibility of this action , and I know there will NOT take responsibility , because of their high levels position. But someone should know what is happening to the Global accounts in PR.

Why do you care now? You were cut. Just concentrate on finding another job. ATT is big enough to take care of itself.
