I don't have information about pay raises or new rates for different departments. But with all this coming it's important to let people know that if management tells you that you're not allowed to discuss pay with other associates they're breaking the law! Since 1935 we've been allowed to discuss our pay rates with fellow employees regardless of whether we're in a union or anything else. But every year when raises come around management tries to lie and tell you that you can't talk about it with anyone.
But here's the thing: Under a nearly 80-year-old federal labor law, employees already can talk about their salaries at work, and employers are generally prohibited from imposing "pay secrecy" policies, whether or not they do business with the federal government.
