I see that there are two enroll; one for Extended Coverage by Company and another for COBRA. I was told COBRA will kick in after CEC. Do I have to enroll both and pay for COBRA also? Please help.

its about 130.00 per month . You don't have to change your health plan. I did lose the dental and eye care. After the 6 months cobora which is still the att health plan will remain at about 600.00 for a single person sorry I don't know the family cost. So its still cheap for the first 6 months. Cobra can last for 18 months, gl

I believe you pay for both but not simultaneously. You would pay for cobra after cec runs out.
