AT&T discriminated providing service in low income neighborhoods!!. TW merger will fix that AT.&T said

I thought they were obligated to provide decent, low income service as a part of a the agreement with the feds for approval of, was it the Cingular deal?

I remember working UVerse distribution conditioning, Pits were open in poor neighborhoods, but technicians were never dispatched to those jobs, I figured that they just needed a record from Mastec, to bill the state under current telecom laws, very slick

The T has done that for years, if it's not a big money maker for them they toss it to the side of th road! That includes loyal customers 80+ years of age....sad way to treat people!
