Hopefully Verizon customers are reading this.
The sales reps in many locations slam customers. Honestly I feel bad for them sometimes. Yes, they can decide to be a shady person or not but it comes from the top. Always being talked to about pull thru and what you are getting from your customer. If you aren't getting enough then you can role play or be made to feel like garbage. Managers watch and document your every move but most couldn't do what they are asking.
Reps get anxiety to hit numbers and not have a job and push out services like HUM tell the customer it's free and slam it on the account by changing the plan. New plans are out making it harder to slam customers which is causing numbers to go down.

Maybe the company would save money if it actually had a vision- merchandising plan that didn't include always throwing away random sh--. Can't be cheap.
