It's not anonymous because it brings you through your global login & if you try to click the link again it tells you you've already taken it...even if you're using another computer.
The T version of love-it-or-leave-it?
s anyone under unauthorized surveillance? Being harrassed and followed? How to make it stop?
If you are unhappy just quit... I hate when people complain about their job... just leave. Not so fast Randall Stephenson wanna be.

I always liked how management put a spin on already existing perks in the call center were part of the last survey. Such crap.
I bet this is skewed because they discard all the #6, #7 and #8 answers as meaningless, it must be considered the soft, neutral center.
Excellent a result last year all categories above 85%, I wonder why the employees are sooo unhappy .. LOL!
They won't change, they always come back what a positive response we had....lol
If it's anonymous why do we have to log in before taking it?
I agree, constructive criticism is how people suggest improvements as opposed to just venting frustration. The problem is so many people are very angry about how they are treated and what the company is doing to the workforce that it is hard to put it aside.
It seems we are at the point where what upper management thinks is good for themselves and the bottom line is directly contrary to what is good for the workforce, a disconnect it is almost impossible to bridge.
There is a difference between bad mouthing and giving constructive criticism.
Nope, won't fill them out unless I'm told I have to. I've seen one of the reports that the supervisors get back. (It placed in the recycle bin instead of the locked shred bin) Between "detractor" status and fake anonymity I will never fill out one of those surveys with anything but ducks and bunnies ratings. Net Promoter has a website, it's not just an at&t thing. Go check it out and click on their "What is Net Promoter" link. It's safer just to tell them what they want to hear.
Lol, I did that sh-- anyway.
Straight up, out exactly why I do not recommend this company to work for.
LMAO, this site is ridiculous!
