It is not about sueing, but you can take this to court, IF you are 45 and older and have been replaced by H1B guest workers. There is a provision, please keep checking back, I will post infomation after I talked to someone who is willing to take this up.....

The EEOC can sue companies for violating discrimination lawsuit but they can't do that if people won't speak up....

Yes you can, if you are layed-off close to reaching the modified rule of 75, or if there's age discrimination, etc.

See a lawyer for a consultation--most employment lawyers will not charge you for an initial interview to evaluate if you may have a case.

And, yes, also look for a job.
