The stipulation in LBFO prob cause NLRB lawsuit

Think about it, the company basically input a threat in that offer. Stating they would take out the transferring of jobs all over footprint and give job security if they signed contract by the 20th. That has to be against NLRB laws of negotiating in good faith. negotiating in good faith does not account to threats.

If you can take something out of contract then it shouldnt be there in the first place. That qualifies as not bargaining in good faith.

No, it's because the Union would not propose a counter offer. Only way to get some movement was to put a LBFO on the table. Union leadership forced this on themselves instead of negotiating.
