VZ had been planning since last summer what to do in case of a strike. Serious time and money has been spent planning, arranging, training, and managing this situation. Since April13, their plans have been put to the test and changes are now being continuously made to get this situation better than the day before.
So.... What is the long range strategic plan of the unions? Do they have one? And, importantly, do both unions agree to it? This really should be demanded by striking workers heading into week 4.
