@ewl - And your 10% is still less than what us non-union get every year on average. We average 3% every year and have for years. And our STI is much nicer. Yeah you won at 10% lol

FORCED EISP? Have another Natural Light, lol.
I am trying to figure out how to deal with this crappy 10.9% raise...how am I supposed to spend all this money? I guess I will just stick it in savings with the other 476k. Dammit!
Rif's R US, COMING SOON TO A OFFICE NEAR YOU!!!!
@bjf. Haha ok, it's nothing to me either way. The only reason I care is so I can watch all you slackjawed idiots start crying about how you were tricked and led astray wince it all becomes clear. I'll just sit back and wait, and enjoy watching you squirm.

Shut the f--- up already! Lol. What is wrong with you? You really need to get out more. Wow?! This guy is coo coo
@dys I'm not going to do your research for you. Take your union blinders off and read the contract with a clear mind. Not what you want it to mean, and not what the union tells you it means. Read it for exactly what it is.
you'll find out, @dys
@ciq.... do us picket monkeys a favor and point out how much we actually lost.
@hmb haha just wait. It's not a layoff, it's a buyout. Don't assume your little contract will protect you with the extra leeway the company was granted in the agreement. Now, company can say it expect x number of people off the payroll and can enforce. Maybe you won't get an EISP, maybe you will just get terminated for misconduct in order to meet the numbers. It's actually kind of funny watching you all slowly realize just how much you actually gave up and aren't smart enough to know yet Hahahaha
Lol. This must be the companies phase 4. Give us a contract and then pay is overtime to fix the mess you guys made. Plan executed to perfection!

All the union sabotage, shoddy contractor work, pissed customers. What a wonderful day to come back to work.
