Well, that remains to be seen depending on what's in the contract and whether it gets ratified or not.
I'm not upset about losing 6 weeks of pay, it was a much needed break. No doubt in my mind that we'll be coming back to plenty of work given how poorly company handled the load in our absence.
As long as I come back to a decent contract to sign off on and the workplace hostility that pushed us out on strike to begin with is gone all is well. If I don't...time for an early retirement.
