Nothing has changed for the business. All this is is calibrations. Those who think they are getting fake or lower than expected reviews you need to know who you’re up against. But you won’t.
It seems like many employees are having difficulty grasping the concept of how this whole process is now expected to work. It doesn’t matter if you exceed all the bullets in a specific category, you jack up a few STAMP submissions, time sheets, can’t demonstrate X then you’re a meets or more likely inconsistently meets.
ultimately this is absolutely how it should work. You can’t be solid 5’s across the board for everyone all the time with equal bonuses and raises. Why shouldn’t you get better remuneration than me if you’re able to action more items?
