Stink was correct with all the retired in place peers! We have a culture where seniority and what you’ve done over the decades is how we start introductions verses how are helping today? We also have too many yes people managers because that’s what the egos above them prefer. Lack of accountability, over sensitive cry babies surrounded by an entitlement culture because it’s always been the status quo. Surpluses of senior non productive is long overdue! We let the young people, the future go, because too many can hide behind seniority with their seniority lazy management. Johns may be a jerk but, why should we keep lazy employee? Let me guess… calling security, EEO, HR , ethics and the union?
