Remember once you get approved for TW, you will be badgered weekly to justify and possibly relinquish your TW status. Some employees still believe they are sacred cattle. They seem to forget that at&t plans to retain employees for three years then kick you to the curb.
My group was told it’s basically for people with medical issues.
If you are already in TW status, you're going to have a better chance. Your chances of going TO a TW or virtual worker status at this point is slim to none.

Your organization’s leadership will decide. Less than 10% company wide will get it. LESS than. It’s gonna need a REAL good business justification and leaders willing to rock the boat to get it.
