State required reporting - these were let go Sept 14th.
This is like a going out of business sale.
Far more than that have lost their jobs in CA if classified as remote or hybrid. And for anyone wondering, the Labor Commissioner’s Office confirmed Oracle is violating the WARN Act by not including these employees in the required 60-day notice period.
This is after the fact reporting nothing new.
