@ay Bye Bye Bye is NSYNC, Dr. No. Backstreet Boys would've at least stuck around for a reunion tour. Our executives just leave and never come back.
@ay All previous Fiserv leaders have been trash though. Sorry but the lack of leadership has been evident for years.
A couple previous leaders that come to mind were Patrick Law and Mike Lyons. Put on their game face, made some good first impressions and a year later they're both gone. Makes you wonder if they tried to do something right and someone stopped them, or they just got sick of the politics and left? They never say. It's just musical chairs at the top. We used to joke about the monthly emails. I can almost hear the music playing in my head. Now we've got Takis running the show. Will it be another back street song? (Bye-bye-bye) Time will tell. In the meanwhile, our peers are being laid off or outsourced to India. The 100k for H1B would buy a sweatshop overseas.
When do Q3 numbers come out?
Many folks including myself were just laid off. Leadership is under the impression that sending jobs overseas is going to save this company and it's stock.
It won't. Q3 is going to be bad when the company is making move like this now to appease who. Jana Partners?
For those who still have their jobs for now, better dust off the resume and be ready. The holiday layoffs this year is going to be even worse than the ones during FB's tenure.
