Prez Das of Gainwell India is dealing with the fallout of clients restricting offshore access to PHI/PII. Offshore is begging onshore to assign them work and most of them are sitting around with their thumbs up their a$$es. They are attempting to justify their existence by pushing AI tools to other teams and forcing them to adopt.
