Just confirmed on C15 level in a meeting, so unless you guys want to be on a PIP better adhere to it because your manager will land in hot water for it, and there is nothing managers hate more than taking responsibility for their employees.

My boss gave us the “3 full days” but don’t elaborate how it was tracked or what specific hours constitutes a full day. People can keep dismissing it but they 100% want to fire folks and not pay severance, this is such a low-hanging way to do it idk what anyone doubts it

Only one person created that report and we all know who it is if you are really in the HR team!
You are probably trying to get others fired so that you can continue enjoy your work visa status.
I have worked to help create the reports your manager sees. I can definitively tell you they are NOT tracking your hours. Most users just want to see that their people are showing up and spending at least a half day on site. We were told that the cost of adding additional badge readers was not on anyone’s project plans and HR is not permitted to make bulk requests for any camera footage outside of an open investigation with cause.

Our contract in the UK is 9-5 and 1 hour lunch. So that is 7 hours.
This firm can't get wiring the correct clients money and let alone they have to budget tracking 8 hours and then there's Cloud on Demand vs Physical laptops. So yeah doubt it.
Its true. They will be tracking your log in IP address as they know when its Citi and when its not. Just do the 8 hours and go home. Nothing more nothing less!

@OP, the manager's dashboard doesn't show that information. Also, there will be some sort of communication first, like the last time. It's not a witch hunt.
