@ab no-one could think everything is fine here - especially new employees
Only thing this place has going for it retention wise is Stockholm syndrome and people nearing retirement
There are also the Simps who think what was said at Forum has any relevance to the actual Fiserv day to day.
@OP I agree.
My guess is the first group is mostly original Fiserv who are still in shocked over FB, what he did to our company and then his successors who think like he does.
Group 2 is old FD who already had experienced FB and it didn’t phase them to see FB sink the ship and push us overboard, or new employees who had no expectations and think everything is fine.
@OP realistically what's left to hope for here? More layoffs? Bummy severance packages? Merit increases? More work distributed to already lean teams?
And for the sake of what? "Shareholder value" and for higher ups to line their own pockets? Yeah outlook is bleak...
