I didn’t think it was possible but we are hitting new lows with AC. Never in my career at Nike has it been this bad.

AB’s shiny bald head is too distracting at the office
@dn I doubt AB goes anywhere. Drives from Seattle 2 days a week while everyone else does 4 days in office. Disappears. If you don’t have the respect of peers and teams as a leader you are no leader. AB by definition is no leader.
If he knew what his peers say about him in meetings asking that people “keep it tight” he would probably never come back. He already knows what his teams think of him.
Between the lopsided business dealing, the psychological safety being nonexistent in his org, the 0 direction or guidance, the lack of leadership in AC's org, the expected around the clock work cycles, contradictory messaging. How does the company allow this duo to continue, AC being even more longer lived, without intervening before something majorly disastrous occurs. While the Company is hurting, having an entire organization under nonstop duress and mental anguish doesn't seem like it's going to turn the ship around.

AC is useless, that is a proven fact.
I am sure his large paycheck makes it a lot easier to deal with the 98% that hate him
@c1 OMG AB and his Q5 and everyone laughing about him. How this guy hasn’t quit yet is beyond me.
Does he have a minimum time he has to stay? That’s the only thing I bet keeping him around because it has to be miserable coming to work knowing 98% of people dislike you and those you think like you are actually just faking it.
I’ve seen people disliked before but AB is universally on a different level.

AC is a loser
Gaslighting and mentally abusing those in and around his team. He only cares about himself and hurts the company everyday he is allowed through our doors.
Nothing in this company is worse than AB. As someone who worked in tech companies this guy would get laughed out of the door by real engineering leaders.
AC is AC. You know what you get in the end. Could be better and worse leaders.
