This company is worth more in parts than in a whole --- any idio- can see that - the Board won't take action until sued by investors because they don't want to give up a gig that pays them $350 a year to play golf and attend 4 meetings and have a rubber chicken dinner.
this is a $125-$150 stock, once business stabilizes.
