@b3 how much did the lawyers get? Two years to get a $37 payout sounds like suing Oracle has huge payouts I can see why so many people on this site give the advice of not signing a separation agreement to get severance and sue Oracle instead.
This is a 2024 court case, but it's back in the news because the actual payout of $37 per person start from September 21 2026 from a already setup fund.
