Seems everyone I talk to that has worked with them comments that it's an absolute train wreck over there. Their news letters mention so many "accomplishments" but no one actually seems to know what they produce. What a mess!!!

We like to recreate the sins of the past. When we came together everyone blamed our PEs for the complex and custom built cr-pola. Take a look at the lead team we have in the AI org and you realize we are doomed to do it again!!!!!!

It's frustrating to me and some of my coworkers here. I haven't had a lot of experience in big companies, but we seem to be so scattered on strategy it's exhauting
Today I had a simple technical meeting with outside vendors. and damn god, every manager etc and a lot of useless people attended. Basically everyone is scared of their job and wants to micromanage. AI EO etc is a shithole.
The ai eo exists to serve the ai io, the ai io exists to serve the queen (you know who)

And yet you listen to what some of us in USET saw this morning and you hear how slow the AI work is and how we aren't using it enough.
They use the DJT model of "if you say enough of the buzzwords without evidence, it becomes truth"
