But the wicked things is the firings will only lead to a computer outage and/or an OCC MRA or Consent Order because there's no left to keep the Capone from crashing. Hire only easy Indians and all companies will be at number 2 on Fortune 500 list. Pun intended.
Capone only wishes bad things for its employees. The hate towards it's employees will only bring diseases to them.
You will get your review in February 2027. You have 1 week to sign a PIP or opt out. If you go on a PIP or opt out, you will have two months before they fire you or 2 months to be paid to look for another job outside the company.
@OP when will low performers last day be when they opt out?? Like Feb 2027?
