So many (poor) choices, but the one thing you can bet on is whoever it is will be stuck draining the ELT swamp (Suzie M, KJ, Cella, Lisa D, etc.).

@et Agree, everyone I talk to feels like this is another "calm before the storm" because of it being CES season, LP offer, and summits are still going on. End of the year is the due date for GPs to submit the new "role evaluation" for everyone's position. Some are deciding to burry their heads in the sand and pretend it is much to do about nothing. Anyone paying attention now for the last 3 years knows that it is 100% certain another bo-b or gut punch is coming between december and january. Is it 5 days in office? Relocation manadates for remote HBA's? More pointless re-orgs so layoffs can be back on table? Who knows, but most people can sense that something bad is coming based on the past behaviors of these psychos in charge. Anyone else just tired?

Conventional wisdom says DC, but I'm hoping we are all wrong because he would be a disaster for EDJ. He is a cross between politician and used car salesman. He will do and say whatever he needs to in order to get what he wants, which is MP role and to end the LP at some point. Not because he wants to carry on Ted's legacy either, or clean up ELT disaster. This guy is a new yorker, they aren't wired like the rest of us. They don't value traditions like you or I, all they think about is money, and how fast can they get it before somebody else. They don't care if they destroy entities or entire industries because money IS their god. To them, the mindset is "well if I dont do it, someone else will, therefore it is my right to leech and destroy this thing." EDJ to DC is nothing more than an untapped resource waiting to be su-ked dry by the wall street vultures and parasites. PP fell for his east coast schtick hook line and sinker. Promises to get us up to speed with the big boys on wall street has done nothing but let the fox into the hen house.
DC is so smarmy. He just oozes predator vibes. The way he talks down to everyone and his holiday emails full of fake niceties that are all for show. Bringing him in may be the worst thing this company has ever done and I firmly believe it will be the move that ultimately ends this company.

Don’t discount David G. He has a story that lands well with branches as well as the home office. However I do agree the bagel eater from NYC is the front runner
DC is clearly going to be it. They won't announce it until they've done their money grab from the poor sots falling for the LP pyramid scheme, though.
