This is still one of the better places to work. Yes, there are issues, but some of you can't see the forest for the trees. With everything happening in the world, I'm willing to overlook a lot for good pay and benefits, and I still get that here.

@ky Agreed. The overseer mentality is ridiculous. That may work in Japan, but not in the USA. Going Google? Laughable.
@OP people like you are the problem. Instead of have a growth mindset and asking how can we improve and make it better you settle for mediocre or less than. The fact that we went to google is mind boggling, when we had a well functioning business apparatus in place that worked very well is absolutely insane, to “save money” this was a complete big mistake at the stake of ruin the company. Change you mindset from low thinker to expanding to efficiency and well oiled machine and business processes. If it not broke don’t fix it. Imagine this company functioned on Lotus Notes for email and then moved to Microsoft Outlook now we’ve moved backwards to Gmail… smh! Who is running this show? The folks up top don’t seem to know what the heck they’re doing. Also, I wish when they hire “managers” please find someone who is not an overseer and find a leader, who can support the team they are representing; oh wait! That too has gone to the way side too, because of cheap labor, the person has no knowledge of the business and we are having to do their job, teach them and do ours also. This company has become a joke!!! Wow!! So whoever you are stop drinking the cool aid and step up and start thinking for yourself and stop being manipulated.
Yeah we shouldn’t complain when our work place is a joke, we are underpaid, and corporate eats a losing culture.

@be Wasn’t that excuse Na-i soldiers used when they were arrested and tried for war crimes, “I was only following orders?” But you’re probably right: a guilty conscience by middle manager trying to rationalize their soulless actions. Very pathetic.
@am they're probably a middle management stooge who laid someone off and is trying to wash their red hands with denial that "I was only following orders" "AI isn't that bad" "you just need the right attitude" "one day I'll get the big seat".
These soulless mannequins are far too plenty, and they're the real threat to workers with how quickly they dispose of the workforce.
@OP You're definitely in a very tiny minority. And it shows how small your thinking is. Obviously shows you're compensating for something you clearly lack in your life.
The increases in health insurance premiums have swallowed every pocket-change performance increase every year and they cap annual increases below the inflation rate. WHAT good pay and benefits? The statement alone is insane.
@OP Your post only proves the overwhelming sentiment of employees on this site: you live in complete denial. You must be a paid troll, someone who is bucking for a promotion you will never get or someone with their head in a deep, dark unsanitary place.
