Looking at replies here, amazed at how shortsighted they are. Large number of people are going to retire soon. Some of them are hoping to be laid off and receive severance.
Sounds like someone with no real responsibility or anything to actually lose.
Realize finding another position like the one you have is extremely difficult.

Dont worry they target only Citizens, if you are a contractor or on H1 or your caste person is manager you are safe.
