anyone know what they do? I read FinCEN announced in February 2026 that its Office of the Whistleblower is accepting confidential tips concerning fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, and BSA-related violations, and specifically encourages detailed supporting documentation.

@OP There's lots of moving parts involved. The recommendation is to get an attorney who is willing to take a case that can take years to resolve. I believe if one doesn't have an attorney, then the confidentiality is not guaranteed. It's a huge decision and presuming easier said than done. Without an attorney, pretty sure the bank can go after you if they win. Kinda like David and Goliath!
