CTO made the IT department so burocratic and it can not solve any real problem nowadays.
CRO has no knowlegde of risk, background in operations/delivery, dumped all his Truist shares last year.
These two clueless have to be let go.

The CTO and all the new leaders from Wells under him are terrible. Good people are leaving because of them.
