Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

PUT HR on the SPOT

If people are eventually going to g to be laid off for any number of ridiculous reasons. Shouldn’t every exiting person get on record .. the question and answer as to why others like TK or BE still keep their jobs when they are a does not meet. I mean if there is an increase in the numbers of do’s called mediocre people then that means mediocre results. And who sits at the top of the mediocre organization? What do any of us have to lose.

@ad at least get rid of TK. People will be dancing in the streets of Uptown Charlotte.

HR is the worst. They preach to everyone else but they have one of the most toxic environments in the whole firm. They treat each other horribly with no common courtesy or respect. All they care about is their titles. They do not follow the 7 to 1 employee to manager ratio but demand everyone else to comply or they are laid off. Same goes with the hub city cr-p. What happened to hire the best talent regardless of location?

Forget HR, contact the state's Labor Commission and the EEOC. HR was created to protect the Company, not you.

HR is not there to help employees, OP. Running to HR only greases the tracks that lead you to rapid layoff or termination.

@a2 "ALWAYS remember, HR is NOT there to actually serve the employee. It only exists to serve the best interests of the company." This cannot be heard or said enough. WF HR are not on your side

in most companies hr takes their marching orders from legal who follows sr execs. legal in most companies will provide sound risk analysis. at toxic companies it all gets messed up.

this systematic approach to deliberative manipulation of performance metrics hiding behind the joke thats called "calibration" will catch up with this company in a court of law. HR is typically not a happy bunch.

HR is part of the corrupt organization. It's like complaining to a foot soldier in North Korea about the supreme leader. It won't end well for you.

ALWAYS remember, HR is NOT there to actually serve the employee. It only exists to serve the best interests of the company. Careful what you share.
