We are drowning in horrible management. Please revamp mortgage fulfillment back to the way it was before these vertical lines took place.

@tm and @a4 - Having known her for a long time, she's not the culprit here. She's a good person in a bad situation. Not to discount any of the concerns, but the hard truth is that sometimes good people have to adjust their style for self-preservation. If you haven't had to do it, I'm not sure how you have survived Truist. Also, when you live in Greensboro, there aren't exactly a lot of options for job grades that high, particularly with a mortgage background.
@OP KO does not listen to her management team. Underwriters left due to her incompetence and being repressed. One of her underwriters got in trouble for going to executive leadership for a client. She threatened people during the AVIA project. She is not a bad leader but a bad person.
So did something happen to prompt these few posts?
@OP Yes please, Mike! No support from KO who we truly believe will support her so called analyst friends and EA instead of her own team. It’s so bad no one wants to work at Truist!!!
