Hi Folks, today Capgemini engineers have been added to NOC T1/T2 chat also most of the engineers and leadership are under Charter VP now , 3 Sustaining engineers have been added under NOC T3 leadership. For most of the engineers Charter stopped Perm processing in NoC T2 and in ST as well.
NOC T1 is training all offshore Capgemini engineers .
So not sure what is happening
Something blast gonna happen for sure

Charter stopped PERM across company even for those who had their PWD and labor market test passed. Some of them had failed LMT but most of them were waiting on their PERM failing. Honestly F this company. Most incompetent id--ts in legal and HR. They take 2-3 years for just PWD and LMT which takes 10-11 months. I personally know folks who tried giving them options by switching to different visas but they will so stubborn on filing perm. Won’t be sad if this company goes bankrupt.
oh Wow ...... thats a bummer ... i can smell something gonna happen either re-org or layoff , better to start looking outside , im from CTEC team(Fiddlers Green ), yesterday 4 cox engineers added under in our team who are doing same job so tension started among us whos gonna stay whos gonna laidoff
