@dy It truly is one of the most incompetent leadership teams in history. At least six of the chiefs should have been exited in this RIF. Like W. T. F. The incompetence doesn't stop at the c suite though. It goes throughout the company.

It’s the less seen senior leaders, who have been here the longest, presented to the board multiple times, who have approved the EVP and SVP packages - hello 4 vice chairs - and the indefensible RIF lists and continue to collect their big pay checks without being held responsible for decisions they helped to make who should be included in the next round of RIFs

This company is doomed. I've never seen so much incompetence from management. I've resigned and serving my notice period currently.

Feel like I will have PTSD from this place though, which is my problem not theirs.

I wouldn't touch the shares of this place with a ten foot pole though, in my opinion this place is in a death spiral.

Ohhhh my comment calling out the past CMOs was taken down. Mentioned SW’s outrageous spend on two specific events giving herself top billing on stage where she got exactly zero leads and another example of the most recent CMO who just left who sponsored a $1m deal with one of those new brilliant merchant leaders that culminated w a pitch contest this week that also produced no leads to the company. All the while someone is building this internal studio you keep seeing members of post on linked in about awards they are winning - no revenue attached of course. It also mentioned how several EVPs continue to fail upward regardless of their performance, one who flies his personal plane everywhere - there are too many more examples of total rot at the top to even highlight at this point.

Whoever has been giving you information has been lying to you.

If the message was in fact "well received" by the market, then the stock price would not have gone down. The stock price did go down, that is reality. You saw that happen. You were lied to. Stop using that source of information. They are pumping you up with hopium and making you believe things that are not true. Consider selling your shares and purchasing an index fund instead. That way you won't have to believe false rumors that cost you money.

For those who are complaining, you had your chance to get out of the stock 2 years ago. That was the time to sell.

It WILL NEVER, ever get to $200. That was artificially inflated and many will not acknowledge that fact. Stop wondering and cut your losses. The stock will likely bottom out at $32, maybe $28.

Why? We haven't even finished Q3. It is most definitely going to be bad. The only way for Fiserv to make anything right is to stop appeasing investors and shareholders and fu--ing focus on the damn company.

You don't listen to your clients. Fiserv does not care for their merchants when there's issues. I hear it every godda-n day they we're too expensive, our tech is sh-t and we have Zero support. Our product are trash and we know it. Our customers know it.

No, Fiserv has to go all in on Clover. A product that many don't want. Mark my words, Clover will be the end of Fiserv.

Stop wanting a worthless stock to regain its value. The company has shown the public that they don't care and have too much internal conflict to have a direction.

Why can't people accept the fact that the stock will never be over $200?

The highest it will realistically be is $75.
